The 39-year-old actress’s flirty comment on her life partner’s post reminded fans why the couple remains one of Bollywood’s most relaxed pairs online.
On Sunday, the 40-year-old actor posted photos of himself in a fitted black bandhgala, dark shoes and sunglasses, a quieter look than his usual loud fashion choices, but still carrying his signature swagger.
However, the real buzz started when the Padmaavat co-actor slid into the comments and wrote, “Oh Soo Edible!” with a drooling emoji. Her teasing remark quickly overtook the outfit itself, pushing the post across social media feeds.
Fans seemed delighted to watch the couple joke openly. “Lucky wifey,” one user wrote, while another told them to “look after yourself & Ranveer very well,” calling the pair an asset to Indian audiences.
The two actors, who met during the shoot of Ram Leela tied the knot on November 14, 2018, at Lake Como, Italy, in the presence of family and close friends and after 6 years, in September 2024, they welcomed their firstborn, daughter Dua Padukone Singh.
On the professional front, Ranveer is now gearing up for his next release, Dhurandhar, while Deepika prepares for her film King with Shah Rukh and Suhana Khan.
